BreezeBound Travels

A little bit about me - I am a seasoned commercial airline pilot with over 25 years in the aviation industry.  Traveling has always been my passion. Prior to starting my pilot career, I was a customer service agent for two major airline carriers in Ft. Lauderdale.  After moving to Orlando and completing initial flight training, I worked at a local fixed based operator (FBO) as a customer service agent.  There I developed essential customer service skills in the high-demand corporate aviation industry. Precision, discretion, and elevated service standards were a must while assisting private and corporate flight clients. While building the necessary flight time to become an airline pilot, I decided to work a second job at the most magical place on earth. Walt Disney World!  As a cast member of five years, Disney taught me the true meaning of world-class guest service-creating magical, memorable moments and always going above and beyond to exceed expectations. Furthermore, the exceptional guest service isn't optional-it's standard. It instilled in me the importance of anticipating needs and paying attention to the smallest details. 

My entrepreneurial and business savviness came when I co-founded a party rental company with my sister in 2007. We grew from two bounce houses to over 45 today to include water-slides that stand over 27 ft tall and 70 ft in length. This company is still in business today in Melbourne, Florida. 

I come from a large Italian family and one of five siblings. I have a natural love for people, and customer service is my forte and top priority. Outside of the flight-deck, I am an avid traveler, dog lover, former karaoke host, have a passion for singing in my studio, and an RV enthusiast who enjoys exploring the country with Dallas. I proudly call Austin home for nearly 13 years!
